ega88 Platform Use

This document is a legally binding service agreement between ega88 ("Company", "We", "Platform") and you as the user ("Member", "You"). This agreement governs the use of all services provided through the ega88 website and application, including sports betting, online slots, live casino, and all related features and functions.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the ega88 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which form part of this agreement in its entirety.

In this agreement, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Account" — a user account duly registered on the ega88 platform using accurate and truthful personal information.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds in a user's account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — any additional credit, promotional offer or benefit given by ega88 to members subject to the specified terms.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of funds by the user into their ega88 account via an approved payment method.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of funds from the ega88 account to the payment method registered by the user.
• "Bet" — any wager, sports bet, slot game, live casino session or online transaction involving the staking of money.
• "Platform" — the ega88.one website together with all digital products, applications and services operated by the Company.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) — the average payout percentage returned to players for a given game, as determined by the software developer.

To register and use the ega88 service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration and while using the platform.
• Not legally prohibited from participating in online betting activities within your jurisdiction.
• Acting on your own behalf and not under instruction from or on behalf of any third party.
• Registering one account only. Holding more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name as per your identity card, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. ega88 reserves the right to request a copy of your MyKad or other identity document for identity verification purposes at any time.

All financial transactions on the ega88 platform are subject to the following policy:

All deposits must come from an account in the name of the registered user. ega88 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes and may not be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to internal review. ega88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while identity verification or account activity review is in progress.

ega88 offers various bonus offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM4,700 → wagering required: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

VIP Programme: Active members are recognised through three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each with different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on member activity and loyalty. ega88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect bonuses whose requirements have already been fulfilled.

All bets placed through the ega88 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Every bet that has been confirmed and accepted by the system is final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated by ega88.
• For sports bets, the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are the applicable price, even if the odds change afterwards.
• In the event of a technical issue during a game session, ega88 will refer to server records to determine the valid outcome of the bet.
• Bets placed using bonus funds only (without a cash deposit) may have applicable payout limits in line with the relevant bonus terms.
• ega88 reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of involving fraud, manipulation or a breach of platform terms.

Third-party game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe manage their own respective game rules. ega88 is not responsible for technical outcomes arising from those providers' systems, but will assist in resolving any disputes that arise.

Users of the ega88 platform must comply with the following code of conduct at all times:

• Do not use bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any non-manual method to play or place bets.
• Do not collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including collusion in poker or table games.
• Do not use another person's account, share account access, or allow third parties to use your account.
• Do not access the platform from regions or jurisdictions where online betting is fully prohibited by local law.
• Do not use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, freezing of the account balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities if required.

ega88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• The registration information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
• The user is found to have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a security threat.
• A request for account closure by the user themselves on responsible gambling grounds.
• Compliance with regulatory authority directives or licensing requirements.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting ega88 customer support via live chat or email. Valid balances that meet the terms will be returned once the review is complete, within a reasonable processing period.

ega88 is committed to protecting the personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and international best practices. Full details on how we collect, process, and store your personal data can be found in the ega88 Privacy Policy.

Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except where required by law or by direction of a legitimate authority.

The ega88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of the service at all times.

ega88 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from:

• Technical disruptions or service outages beyond our control.
• Betting outcomes that do not favour the user — this is an inherent risk of gambling activity.
• Use of the platform by a third party who gains access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Transaction processing delays caused by payment providers.

ega88's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

ega88 takes problem gambling seriously and provides tools and support to help members manage their gambling habits. This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only.

Responsible gambling tools available through ega88 customer support include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits to control your spending.
• Betting limits — cap the maximum bet amount per session or over a set period.
• Self-timeout — temporarily suspend account access for a set period.
• Self-exclusion — request permanent account closure if you feel gambling has affected your life.

ega88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the platform or by email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except for changes required urgently for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the ega88 platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the stated procedure.

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ega88 holds its licence. ega88 operates under an international licence issued by a recognised authority.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement, including questions of its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. If negotiations fail within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules under ega88's licensing jurisdiction.
